Entertainment Facility

My third design is a Facility to provide entertainment for the people in Derry. The building will have a cinema, Playing centre, Ice rink, Bowling Alley, Stages for performances like plays and singers, a 3D Cineplex, Snooker rooms, Restaurants, bars and shops. All of these parts of the building will be state of the art. The buildings the design will be modern and it will stand out.
For the customers that go into the building there will be a car park so they don’t have to worry about finding a place to park there car.
I believe that this design will be very good for the public as it will give the youth of the city a place to go which in the current moment it lack with places for the youth. It will also be good because not only is it a place for the youths to go it also is a place for families with the number of great facilities that are available.

Football Stadium

My second design is a football stadium for the local football team which is Derry City Football Club. The football Stadium will provide roofs around the four seating stands, which will cover the viewers of the match from the rain. It will have Thousands of seats in the Stadium so there should be enough seats for supporters of the club can get into the stadium to watch the match. The Stadium will have a state of the art football pitch. There will be a car park area for supporters who are watching the match. There will also be Training facilities and a Physiotherapy centre. In the Stadium there will also be a Souvenir shop, Food store, and a place that sells hot food. This is a very nice design that will contribute towards the community.

Sports Facility Centre

My first design is an outdoor facility centre. This outdoor facility will be able to provide for sports like Skateboarding, Football, Basketball, Tennis, Rollerblading, stunt bikes, and Athletics. In the area there will be an area to rest and eat with the facilities picnic area. At the front of the Facility Centre there will be a building which you will have to pay in to get into the sports area. There will be changing rooms available for the users of the area. The changing room will provide a place to change and a place for the user to have a shower after they are finished using the area.
This facility area is for people that are involved in sports in the sport areas that the facility covers. There are two tennis courts, two football pitches, two basketball pitches, a running course and facilities that can be used by Stunt bikers, Skateboarders, and Rollerblades.
If someone has an injury in the area there is a first aid centre in the area to deal with it.
